These binding terms govern your access to Cloudbqbus website, account registration, browsing activities and apparel purchase transactions. By accessing our site and placing an order, you acknowledge full acceptance of these terms.

Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to all visits, site usage, product enquiries and purchase transactions made on Cloudbqbus official apparel web store.

Contract Parties & Store Access Eligibility

Contract parties: Cloudbqbus (Merchant), and individual customer submitting clothing orders. To browse and complete purchases on our website, you must be 18 years old or above. If you are under 18, you need consent from your legal guardian. You confirm you possess legal capacity to enter sales contracts.

Products & Service Description

All garment descriptions, product photographs, size charts and specifications serve purely for illustrative reference. Minor colour variance may appear because of screen differences, lighting conditions and fabric texture; images are not identical copies of physical clothing. Product availability depends on live warehouse inventory. Cloudbqbus retains the right to remove or discontinue apparel items without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment Provisions

All displayed product prices include applicable tax. Shipping charges are calculated separately, subject to our Shipping Policy. We accept major credit cards, debit cards and other payment gateways displayed on checkout page. Payment will be authorised and captured when you submit and confirm checkout order. Fraud screening and payment validation will run automatically. Orders cannot proceed if payment authorisation fails.

Order Submission Process

Customers select apparel items, add goods to cart and complete checkout to submit an order request. A legally enforceable sales contract takes effect only after we issue official order confirmation email to your mailbox. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders under circumstances such as stock depletion, pricing error, suspected fraudulent behaviour or destination delivery restrictions.

Complaints & Product Warranty

To raise complaints regarding defective or non-conforming garments, send an email to support@cloudbqbus.com with your order number plus supporting proof materials. Consumers hold statutory rights for defective goods. Valid manufacturing defects will be resolved by repair, replacement or refund after assessment. Our warranty only covers production defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper washing, misuse, tearing, chemical contamination and normal fabric wear and tear.

User Obligations

You must submit accurate and complete billing, delivery and contact information at checkout. You may use our website only for lawful shopping activities. Placing fraudulent orders, scraping website content via bots, hacking our website system, abusing discount vouchers or submitting false identity/address information is strictly forbidden.

Intellectual Property Rights

All text, garment photos, brand logo and graphic artwork on Cloudbqbus website belong to Cloudbqbus. Without our written permission, visitors are prohibited to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or reuse our site assets for commercial use. You may view website materials for personal non-commercial use only.

Liability Limitation & Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Hong Kong SAR, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of website access or product usage. We shall not be liable for performance failure triggered by events beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, war, border control restrictions, carrier service suspension, pandemic measures and labour strikes.

Dispute Settlement

This agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. When disputes arise, both parties shall first attempt friendly negotiation. If negotiation cannot reach resolution, disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Hong Kong SAR. Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution channels available under Hong Kong consumer law.

Data Protection Reference

The collection, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy published on our website.

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

Within 14 calendar days after receiving your clothing parcel, you may cancel your purchase contract without stating reasons. You need to notify us in writing via email to exercise withdrawal right. Goods must be returned within 14 days after you send withdrawal notification.

Terms Revision

Cloudbqbus reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Material changes to this agreement will be published on our website page. Continued use of our website after updates take effect means you accept revised terms.
